Join Beth Spangler on Saturday, September 27th form 11am to 1pm at Shine Yoga Studio to learn breathing techniques and patterns to reduce and or prevent anxiety, headaches, insomnia, apnea, sinus issues, panic attacks, hormonal imbalances, asthma, hypertension, brain fog, and more.
Make positive lifelong changes through movement, breathing exercises and meditation. Bring a pen and a journal. Mats, bolsters, and blankets provided.
